This application is to receive University support for the “Selected Project Type.”

*Please confirm "NOTICES".

*Please be aware that if the forms are submitted late, incomplete, or forms are not attached, the application will not be accepted.

*After submitting the application by pressing the “submit” button, please send an email to the Student Office at project@apu.ac.jp indicating the application has been submitted. The application forms are not submitted until an email is sent to the Student Office confirming the application has been submitted (After this is sent, the application is complete).

Subject: Selected Project Type (Application completed)

In the message, please include 1) Name of organization 2) Representative’s (=applicant’s)  name and student ID number.

*After receiving your email, the Student Office will send you a confirmation email.
