Important: Courses Marked as Special Lecture (ED/HT/IRP/CSM)
For courses marked as「Special Lecture (ED/HT/IRP/CSM)」in the Tentative Credit Transfer Form results, you can receive up to 10 APU credits in any of the four Special Lecture categories. If you would like one or more courses to be transferred under a Special Lecture category, please choose 1 Special Lecture category for each course and enter the abbreviation for that category (ED/HT/IRP/CSM) in the Special Lecture column.
We will transfer courses as APS Major Courses in the following cases:
・If transferring a course under one of the Special Lecture categories results in leftover credits.
(Example：If the total number of transfer credits for one course is 11→1 credit will be transferred as APS Major Subject)
・If courses to be transferred exceed the 10-credit transfer limit for any one of the Special Lecture categories.
・If the number of credits to be transferred under each Special Lecture category is less than 10, all credits will automatically be transferred under a Special Lecture category.
・If a course was deemed eligible for transfer under 2 or more Special Lecture categories, please choose 1 category and enter it in the Special Lecture column.
・If a course was not marked as Special Lecture in the Tentative Credit Transfer Form results, this course is not eligible for transfer under a Special Lecture category.
Please submit a new syllabi only if any changes have been made to the syllabi which you originally submitted for your Tentative Credit Transfer request. You are not required to re-submit any syllabi which you have already submitted.
Enter each course title as the file name, and number each file in the order that the respective course is listed on your academic transcript.
